CALGARY, AB – Valentine’s Day at the Saddledome was game six of the season between the Manitoba Moose and the Calgary Wranglers. The Wranglers headed into the game leading the season series 3-2, over the Moose.

The Wranglers opened the scoring in the first period with a goal from Ben Jones for the Wranglers. The Moose responded with a late third-period goal by Dominic Toninato to make it 1-1 at the end of 60 minutes. With no scoring during the overtime period, the game went to the shootout. Brad Lambert scored the game-winner in the shootout for Manitoba to give the Moose for a 2-1 OT victory.
