CINCINNATI, Ohio– On Teddy Bear Toss night, the visiting Toledo Walleye defeated the Cincinnati Cyclones 2-1 in overtime. After a scoreless first period, the Walleye struck first 12:10 into the second when Jan Bednar beat Cyclones netminder Jon Gillies.

With less than five minutes to the end of the game, Cincinnati fans had the chance to throw 10,718 teddy bears into the ice when Kyle Bollers scored his seventh goal of the season with 30 seconds left in the game, and force the game into OT. Toledo’s Tyler Spezia scored the game winning goal for the visitors. Cincinnati’s Jon Gillies had a tremendous night stopping 26 shots out of 28.
