Savannah Ghost Pirates Re-sign Cole Stallard

The Savannah Ghost Pirates have announced that they will be bringing back forward Cole Stallard for the 2023-24 season.

The Ghost Pirates acquired Stallard in a trade with the Iowa Heartlanders in February 2023. After being acquired, Stallard played 13 games with the Ghost Pirates, where he registered two goals. He had four penalty minutes and a plus/minus of -8. During his time with the Heartlanders in the 2022-23 season, Stallard played 31 games. Stallard had nine goals and six assists for 15 points in his time with the Heartlanders. He also had 38 penalty minutes and a plus/minus of -8. During the 2022-23 season, Stallard had 11 goals and six assists for 17 points in 44 games. He had 42 penalty minutes and a plus/minus of -16.

The 2023-24 season will be Stallard’s third season in the ECHL. In his time in the ECHL, he has spent time with the Iowa Heartlanders and Savannah Ghost Pirates. Combined, Stallard has played in 104 ECHL games. He has 23 goals and 19 assists for 42 points. Throughout his ECHL career, he has 111 penalty minutes and a plus/minus of -31.

Cole Stallard is the first of what will be many player signings with the Ghost Pirates for the 2023-24 season. The Ghost Pirates season will start at home on October 20, 2023, against the Norfolk Admirals.
