Lucas Raymond:

The youngster is turning into a superstar and having a career year. The Red Wings and Raymond came to a contract extension on September 16, 2024, for eight years with an AAV of $8.075. In 55 games this season he has 59 points which leads the Red Wings. He has 21 goals and 38 assists, the 38 assists also lead the Red Wings. Since McLellan has taken over in Detroit, Raymond has recorded 26 points in 21 games on eight goals and 18 assists. Like Larkin, the chemistry built on the top line as of late between him, Larkin, and Marco Kasper has been fun to watch. Of Raymond’s 59 points this season, 26 of them have come on the power-play with five of those being goals, he also has three game-winning goals and two shootout goals. Raymond is averaging 17:59 TOI.
