ECHL: Adirondack Thunder Sign Center From Merrimack College

Merrimack College Athletics

The Adirondack Thunder have signed center Mac Welsher to an ECHL Contract. Welsher joins the Thunder after spending the last five years with the Warriors putting up 25 goals and 22 assists for 47 points in 138 games. The 24-year-old center was an assistant captain with the Warriors this past season as he put up four goals and nine assists in 13 games.

Welsher gives Adirondack another option down the middle as the Thunder seem to be reshaping their team with a number of moves over the last two days, and there are still more than 48 hours left until the trade deadline.
