Wednesday, April 5th, at Allen Event Center.

Wednesday, April 5th, The Allen Americans went against Savannah Ghost Pirates in the first game of the three-game series. In the first period, Colby McAuley scored the game’s first goal at 8:02, Assisted by Colton Hargrove and Hank Crone. Neither team was able to score on their power-play opportunities in the first. In the second period, Savannah’s Brent Pedersen scored 42 seconds into the second period as Alex Swetikoff got credited for the assist. Colton Hargrove of the Americans scored a goal at 3:05, Assisted by Hank Crone and Kris Myllari. The Ghost Pirates came in and scored a couple of goals. Brent Pedersen scored at 7:18, Assisted by Tristan Thompson and Daniel D’Amato, then Troy Lajenunesse scored at 9:52, Assisted by Brent Pedersen and Logan Drevitch scored at 14:18, Assisted by Daniel D’Amato and Conner Corcoran. The Americans came back and scored one goal by Jack Combs at 18:12, Assisted by Jakov Novak and Justin Young, as the Ghost Pirates led by two after 40. The Americans took over for the first few minutes of the third, with Colby McAuley scoring at 7:30, Assisted by Jack Combs and Colton Hargrove, and Hank Crone scoring at 10:30, Assisted by Colton Hargrove and Luke Peressini. The Ghost Pirates came back, tying the game with Brent Pedersen scoring at 15:42, Assisted by Ross Armour and Spencer Naas. The Americans and Ghost Pirates tied 5-5, making the game go into overtime. Brent Pedersen of the Ghost Pirates scored at 1:22 to send to Ghost Pirates home happy; Troy Lajeunesse and Noah Carroll assisted the goal. Final Score 6-5. 

Friday, April 7th, at Allen Event Center. 

Friday, April 7th, The Allen Americans went against the Savannah Ghost Pirates in the second game of the three-game series. In the first period, the Americans took over the first period. Jack Combs scored a goal at 2:18, Assisted by Jakov Novak and Grant Hebert. Hank Crone of the Americans scored a goal at 16:08 in the second on an unassisted goal as the Americans took a 2-0 lead. In the second period, the Americans continued scoring, as Colby McAuley scored at 1:01 and Hank Crone of the Americans scored his second of the game at 13:44, assisted by Jack Combs and Colby McAuley. The Ghost Pirates came back into the game with Brent Pedersen scoring at 11:43, Assisted by Ross Armour. Colin Doyle scored at 11:58, Assisted by Nolan Valleau. The Americans quickly came back with Grant Hebert scoring at 13:52, Assisted by Ty Farmer and Colby McAuley scoring at 19:26, assisted by Colton Saucerman and Hank Crone. The final score was 2-6. 

Saturday, April 8th, at Allen Event Center. 

Saturday, April 8th, The Americans went up against the Savannah Ghost Pirates, ending their three-game series. The Americans kicked it off with Hank Crone scoring at 12:22 as he reached 100 points on the season. Kris Myllari of the Americans scored at 16:01, Assisted by Colton Hargrove and Jack Combs. Hank Crone scored at 19:23, Assisted by Colton Saucerman and Kris Mylarri. They were making the score 0-3. Hank Crone of the Americans scored a goal at 6:03, making it a hat trick. Alex Swetlikoff of the Ghost Pirates scored a goal at 16:56, Assisted by Daniel D’Amato and Tristan Thompson. They were making the score 1-4. In the third period, Brandon Estes of the Ghost Pirates scored a goal at 3:08, Assisted by Tristan Ashbrook and Tristan Thompson. Colton Hargrove of the Americans got a hooking penalty at 6:36, and Ross Armour of the Ghost Pirates got a holding penalty at 8:24. Kris Myllari scored a goal at 8:32, Assisted by Hank Crone and Colby McAuley. Troy Lajeunesse of the Ghost Pirates got a hooking penalty at 13:19. Conner Corcoran of the Ghost Pirates scored a goal at 19:58, Assisted by Troy Lajeunesse and Ross Armour. Making the Final score 3-5. The Allen Americans won the three-game series 1-2. The win helped Allen clinch a spot in the Kelly Cup Playoffs.
