December

Experience the festive spirit at Gas South Arena on December 8th as fans come together to cheer on the Atlanta Gladiators against the Greenville Swamp Rabbits, with Santa Claus leading the sing-along. Fans, get ready for an exciting hockey game filled with holiday joy and spirited competition.

On December 13th, the Ugly Sweater & Teddy Bear Toss event will take place at Gas South Arena. Fans are encouraged to bring new or gently used stuffed animals to toss onto the ice when the first goal is scored. This tradition continues to symbolize how the hockey community gives back and makes a positive impact on their community. In the 2023-24 season, Inside the Rink crowned their inaugural Champion of the Teddy Bear Toss Competition with the Jacksonville Icemen taking home that honor with 14,762 cuddly stuffed animals donated to charity. Yet, the Gladiators were among the top three contenders, as fans threw in 13,624 stuffed animals, with the second-highest reported attendance among all teams last year. The question remains: Can the Gladiators surpass their franchise record (2022-23 Season) of 15,067 plushies tossed this coming season?
