Maine Mariners Forward Nathan Noel Suspended

Maine Mariners forward #16 has been suspended two games due to his actions in the Mariners game vs. the Rapid City Rush. Noel is being suspended for an unpenalized slashing penalty in the third period of last night’s game.

Along with the suspension, Noel is fined an undisclosed amount, which is given to the PHPA for its ECHL Player’s Hardship Fund under the terms of the ECHL CBA.

Noel will miss the two remaining games this weekend, February 3rd and 4th, against Rapid City. He will be eligible to return to the Mariners’ lineup on February 9th when they visit the Worcester Railers.
