HENDERSON, Nev – The Henderson Silver Knights split the weekend series with the Colorado Eagles after falling, 4-2, in Sunday afternoon’s game.

Much like Saturday’s tilt, Colorado would strike early in the first period, this time off the stick of Callahan Burke. The Eagles would hold the Knights throughout the first period, though would have no such luck in the second.

Sheldon Rempal and Jonas Rondbjerg scored the second period’s only two goals to pull Henderson ahead 2-1 going into the third.

The Eagles would not write the same fortune as the day prior, and would score three unanswered to bring in the victory.

Henderson falls to 27-32-3-5 on the season, while the Eagles sit at 36-22-5-2.
