PHOTOS: Henderson Silver Knights vs. Calgary Wranglers – 12/20/2024

CALGARY, AB. – The Henderson Silver Knights rolled into the Saddledome for a two-game series against the Calgary Wranglers on Friday. The Wranglers were ready for them, as they beat the Silver Knights by a final score of 5-3 to start the weekend off.

Adam Klapka opened the scoring at 11:55 of the first period, and the Silver Knights responded with two consecutive goals in the second period. The Wranglers came back with three goals to lead by a score of 4-2 at the end of the second period. Braeden Bowman scored at 16:17 of the third period to bring the Silver Knights within one, but that was not enough, as Clark Bishop closed out the scoring for the Wranglers with an empty net goal at 18:48 to end the game.

These two teams will meet again on Sunday, at 1:00 PM, to complete the weekend series.
