Donald Carlson For Inside The Rink
ROCKFORD, Ill. – Saturday at the BMO Center, the Rockford IceHogs faced off against the Texas Stars for the second time in four days for Star Wars night. The IceHogs hoped to even the series after falling to Texas on Wednesday night.
The game was scoreless at the end of the first period, but the Stars would score four times in the second and twice more in the third to go on to defeat the IceHogs 6-1.
