CINCINNATI, Ohio – The Cincinnati Cyclones beat the visiting Utah Grizzlies 5-2 Wednesday night at the Heritage Bank Center.

Utah opened the scoreboard with a goal by Cole Gallant 1:30 into the game. Cyclones answered back when Reece Harsch scored his first goal this season 5:26 into the first period.

The Cyclones scored two unanswered goals by Cristiano DiGiacinto and Tim Doherty in the second period and added another 47 seconds in the third with a goal by Sahil Panwar. Utah got one back, but it wasn’t enough. An empty-netter by Patrick Polino sealed the win for the Cyclones with 71 seconds left in the game.
